During your opponent's Battle Phase (Quick Effect): You can target 1 Normal Monster in either GY; Special Summon it to your field, and if you do, all monsters your opponent controls must attack that monster this turn, if able, while you control it. You can only use each effect of "Mystical Elf - White Lightning" once per turn.
